Hello
Hi, I'm Ryan Wolfe. At Uncovered Stone, we're on a mission to help transform businesses into unstoppable forces of nature with a bit of strategy, hands-on support, and expertise. I bring almost 30 years of multi-functional consumer expertise in everything from retail, supply chain, eCommerce, people, and international. We are the Swiss Army Knife of consumer consulting. As both a successful large scale enterprise executive and early stage entreprenuer, I bring a fresh, well-rounded perspective to your business with a clear focus on delivering results.
Value Creation Framework (VCF)
Uncovered Stone uses a proprietary methodology called the Value Creation Framework (VCF) that enables businesses to identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that create short and long-term value. The VCF is a flexible and adaptable framework that can be customized to meet the specific needs and context of each organization. The framework comprises five key stages:

1. Discovery: This stage involves conducting an audit and assessment of the current state of a broader organization, function, initiative, or specific area of focus including its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. The goal is to identify potential areas for value creation and establish a baseline for measuring progress.

2. Ideation: In this stage, we work collaboratively with internal leadership to generate and identify initiatives that align with the organization's areas of opportunity, strategic goals, and those that have the potential to deliver significant value.

3. Prioritization: We evaluate the potential initiatives generated during the ideation stage and prioritize them based on their potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The team also develops a detailed business case for each initiative, outlining the expected benefits, costs, risks, and implementation plan.

4. Implementation: Once the initiatives have been prioritized, our team works with the business to implement them effectively. This may involve developing detailed project plans, establishing governance structures, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful delivery.

5. Measurement: The final stage of the VCF involves measuring and tracking the impact of the initiatives over time. Our team works with the business to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress and make adjustments as necessary.
